A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court for cancellation of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Adani Group and the state of Maharashtra with a Chinese company. In this, guidelines have also been sought from the government to disclose trade policies with China. This petition has been filed by Jammu and Kashmir resident women advocate Supriya Pandit, in which Adani Group, Central Government, Gujarat Government and Maharashtra Government have been made defendants. The petition has asked the Supreme Court to issue an order to cancel this business deal with China as the central government recently banned 59 mobile apps from China in view of the martyrdom of our troops along the Indo-China border. It said that on the other hand, the Central Government is approving certain business groups and some state government to do business deals with Chinese companies, which will send a wrong message in the country and will have fun with the sentiments of Hindus.
