Born on August 26, 1970 in Pune, Sulajja graduated in commerce from the Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce, Pune University in 1990. After this she went to Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh to study MBA. Prior to joining Kinetic, he worked for four years at Barra International, a California-based investment analyst firm. On May 4, 2006, she was appointed as the Joint Managing Director of Kinetic Motor Company Limited. Presently he is the Vice Chairperson at Kinetic Engineering Limited and CEO of Kinetic Green Energy & Power Solutions Limited.

Mahua Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL) is working in Convergence Energy in India. He has a master’s from Yale University. She is an expert on International Climate Finance and Carbon Markets. He has worked in Europe, America, Asia and India. He has nearly two decades of international experience in the Green Finance, Renewables and Carbon markets. She has also been the Assistant General Director of the Global Green Growth Institute. It is an intergovernmental organization headquartered in Seoul. It operates in 31 countries. In the beginning of her career, Mahua was in the World Bank.

He has an MBA from the Ross School of Business, Michigan. Also, passed with first class in computing engineering. Currently working in Mahindra & Mahindra. Here she oversees Drive Business Information, Data Analyst and Customer Insights. He is also the CEO of Mahindra Electric Mobility Limited (MEML), a subsidiary of Mahindra Group. There are about 500 employees in this company. Suman has worked in many senior positions in the automotive sector even before Mahindra.

Born in Nagpur in 1959, Rashmi graduated in electrical engineering from the Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology here. Later he did his post graduation in Automotive Engineering from College of Engineering, Pune. President Ram Nath Kovind has honored him with the Nari Shakti Puraskar for Automotive Research and Development. Rashmi says that women can play a big role in data analysis, simulation, validation and mobility. Therefore, they are seen in a beneficial role in the electric vehicle ecosystem. She has a strong hold in control systems and power electronics.

Esmito is a company that works on products like Smart Swapable Battery and Vehicle Internet of Things (IoT). The company also provides services like Energy, LG Logistics, Charging Solution. Prabhjot Kaur is leading this company. She says that she wants to develop technology according to the need of the people. Our first goal is to develop technology for EV related innovation. This will make our future bright and clean.

Prerna is retired from Air Force. Now the electric company is running Evolet to save the environment. She says that no man or woman matters to run the product. The women of the country are making their mark in all the fields. We have plans for dozens of products. We have entered our entry level segment by picking up the best parts. So that customers get everything better. For the customer who has to work 15 to 20 kms daily, we have given the best product by reducing the price. We don’t want to get into any competition.
