Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the post-budget webinar on ‘PM Vishwakarma Kaushal Samman’ (PM Vikas) through video conferencing today i.e. Saturday (March 10). According to the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, ‘This event is a part of a series of 12 post-budget webinars.

In this series of webinars, the Central Government is collecting ideas and suggestions on the announcements made in the Budget 2023-24, so that all those announcements can be worked in the right direction.

This is the aim of ‘PM Vikas’
The objective of ‘PM Vishwakarma Kaushal Samman’ is to connect artisans and craftsmen with domestic and global value chains. By doing this, the government wants to improve the quality, scale and reach of their products and services.

The webinar will have 4 breakout sessions
There will be four breakout sessions covering this webinar. In which ministers and secretaries of central government ministries will be involved. Apart from these, many officials associated with industry, artisans, financial institutions, experts, entrepreneurs and associations will also participate.

Not only this, officials of the State Governments, officials associated with the respective offices of the MSME and Textile Ministries will also participate in the webinar. All these will give suggestions to work better on the announcements made in the budget.
