What not to eat before exercise


Avocados are considered to be good in terms of health. But eating before the workout can cause some damage. Actually avocado has high amount of fat and fiber. Because of this avocado takes a long time to digest. Exercising it can cause stomach cramps and pain.

Salt stuff

It is advisable not to eat salted things before exercising because they can cause dehydration, which can later cause headaches and stomach cramps. If you have eaten anything with salt, drink 2-3 glasses of water beforehand.

Beans and Broccoli

Beans, broccoli and milk products should also not be consumed before exercising, otherwise there may be gas in the stomach. Even though these things are healthy, they are included in the category of belly blotting foods. That is why do not eat them before the workout.
