South Africa defeated West Indies by 284 runs in the second Test being played in Johannesburg. South Africa won on the fourth day. South Africa scored 321 runs in the second innings and set West Indies a target of 391 runs. West Indies could only score 106 runs in reply and got all out. Temba Bavuma was the player of the match. He scored 171 runs in the second innings.
Bavuma returned to the pavilion after scoring 172 runs.
On the fourth day, South Africa started playing ahead with a score of 287/7 and were all out for 321 runs. The captain of South Africa returned to the pavilion after scoring 172 runs. He scored a century in international cricket after 7 years. Keshav Maharaj 10, Gerald Coetzee 9 and Kagiso Rabada were dismissed after scoring 16 runs.
Kyle Mayers and Jason Holder got 3-3 wickets in the second innings from West Indies. At the same time, Alzarri Joseph got 2 wickets and Jason Holder-Ramon Reifer got 1-1 wickets.
West Indies lost 6 wickets for just 34 runs

West Indies scored 251 runs on the second day
