Vietjet to Increase Passenger and Cargo Flights in Vietnam

Vietjet has received approval from the Civil
Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) to increase its passenger and
cargo operations in the country.

Vietjet will now operate one daily return flight
between Hanoi and Danang and one daily return flight between
Saigon and Danang.

The airline will also increase the frequency of
flights between Hanoi and Saigon to two return flights per day, up
from just one previously.

Vietjet will transport medical supplies and
essential equipment for free to support Vietnam’s pandemic
prevention and control with around ten cargo flights per day.

The airline is also offering free
transportation for doctors and medical staff during this time.

Vietjet conducts health checks for all passengers
and crew before every flight and follows mandatory requirements
such as the wearing of face masks.
