In view of the assembly elections to be held in Uttarakhand next year, a three-day contemplation meeting of the state BJP began at Ramnagar in Nainital district on Sunday. Talking to reporters before the meeting, State BJP President Madan Kaushik said that during the three-day Chintan Shivir, the present situation of the state and the road map for the 2022 elections will be prepared. He told that there will be a total of seven sessions in the meeting in which the strategy of “Mission 2022” will be made after discussion. He said that at present, the BJP workers extended a helping hand to the people for every need, from medical to the booth level, regarding Kovid. He said that the discussion on this is necessary because the opposition parties considered only pasting their posters as service and the dharna was limited to the demonstration.

He said that the opposition was only trying to find faults and highlight them and did not have time for service work. He said, “The opposition was ready to create an atmosphere of fear among the people and a tool kit-like conspiracy. State President Kaushik, Chief Minister Rawat, state in-charge Gautam, state co-in-charge Rekha Verma and all three state general ministers attended the meeting held after that.
