The Uttar Pradesh Medium Education Council (UPMSP) said on Thursday, the first session will be conducted in Agra, Saharanpur, Bareilly, Lucknow, Jhansi, Chitrakoot, Faizabad, Azamgarh, Devipatan, and Basti areas. In the second session to be held from February 13 to 22, the examinations will be held in Aligarh, Meerut, Moradabad, Kanpur, Prayagraj, Mirzapur, Varanasi and Gorakhpur.
Practical examination in Uttar Pradesh will be conducted under CCTV surveillance. The board has instructed the school’s principals to preserve the recordings they would need to produce.
Other information related to the UP Board Practical Examination will be available at the regional centers of the board. In practical, 50% marks will be from internal assessment.
Like last year, the UP Board Class 10 Practical Examination marks will be based on internal assessment or project work. Principals of schools are required to submit practical or internal assessment marks on the official website upmsp.edu.in from 25 January 2021.
The board is expected to release the Theory Exam time table soon. When released, it will be available on the official website of the board.
Registration for the UP Board Exam 2021, which was extended due to the COVID-19 epidemic, expired on 5 January.
This year, 56,03,813 students have registered to appear in the UP board in the final exams of class 10 and 12.
