According to the information, Union Minister and Bengal BJP leader Babul Supriyo opposed Jitendra Tiwari’s ‘entry’ in BJP. Asansol MP Babul Supriyo had said that Tiwari’s entry into BJP will have an adverse effect on party workers. He had also indicated that Tiwari is allegedly involved in the coal scam, which is being investigated by the CBI. The interesting thing is that Tiwari joined BJP not in Asansol but in Hooghly district.
