On Tuesday, important inquiries are going on in the ‘toolkit case’ filed by the Delhi Police on allegations of conspiracy to create instability in the country under the guise of the ongoing farmers’ agitation against agricultural laws. Today again in Cyber Cell, the accused activists Nikita Jacob and Shantanu Muluk are being interrogated in front of accused Disha Ravi in police remand.
Please tell that 22-year-old climate activist Disha Ravi was arrested from Bengaluru on 13 February. The Delhi Police had also issued non-bailable arrest warrants to Loire activists Nikita Jacob and Shantanu Muluk in the case, but both have been granted interim transit bail by arrest from court.
Delhi Police on Monday sought another five days police custody of Disha Ravi in Patiala House Court. The custody of the direction was ending yesterday. But the police said that Nikita and Shantanu have been called for questioning on Tuesday and since Disha has put all the charges on their heads, the three need to be questioned face to face. The court gave the police one day custody of the direction. This morning Nikita and Shantanu reached the cyber cell office for questioning at 10:30.

Explain that the Delhi Police says that in the toolkit that was issued taking support of the farmers movement, there are many such hyperlinks in it, which are being taken to another page and in these they indicate the conspiracy against India. The relation of this toolkit is being told to a Khalistani organization. Disha, Nikita and Shantanu are accused of editing and circulating this toolkit.
