The mind was to leave the job and return to the village. Motivated both his brothers to do something on the village since 2018. In November 2018, younger brother Shwetank started a small work of two thousand oysters. Mohit and I were constantly in touch with the phone.

Quit job during work from home

In July 2020, it came to mind that it is better to sit at home and work for hours, that the three of us brothers are fully involved in pearl farming and bee keeping. I gave the design without telling anyone. When people came to know at home, objections were also raised.

Now the three brothers have also started beekeeping along with pearl farming. They have received orders from many companies.

Been searching for a long time on the internet for pearl farming. Older brother Rohit guides both the brothers as well as imparts skill training to other youth. More than 50 youth and farmers are associated with them. Oyster farming, installation, maintenance is the complete team for all.

Inside the whitetail oysters, designers create the desired shape from the bead. After 8-10 months designer pearl is extracted from the oyster.
