Mohit Pathak, Rohit Pathak and Shwetank Pathak from the right carry out pearl farming and beekeeping.
Today the story is about three brothers. Despite all the taunts, he has written a message of success with his strong intentions. Two brothers, Rohit Anand Pathak, Mohit Anand Pathak and cousin Shwetank Pathak, who live in Narayanpur village near Ghazipur Highway, 25 km from Varanasi, started pearl farming and beekeeping by planting one and a half lakh rupees. Today, their earnings have increased three to four times. They are also training farmers and connecting them to employment.
Shwetank Pathak has done MA and B.Ed from BHU. His interest was about working on beads. He took information about it from internet and after discussing with both brothers, made up his mind to train. After this, he went to Bhubaneswar and took training in pearl farming from CIFA. Came to the village and started cultivating pearl at a cost of one and a half lakh rupees.
Both brothers continued to guide the younger brother
Shwetank also trends the youth for pearl cultivation. Big brother Rohit guides the people.
Shwetank’s elder brother Rohit says that I did my MBA after graduation from BHU. From 2010 started working in a big company of the country. There was a package of over eight lakh rupees. The mind was to leave the job and return to the village. Motivated both his brothers to do something on the village since 2018. In November 2018, younger brother Shwetank started a small work of two thousand oysters. Mohit and I were constantly in touch with the phone.
Quit job during work from home
In July 2020, it came to mind that it is better to sit at home and work for hours, that the three of us brothers are fully involved in pearl farming and bee keeping. I gave the design without telling anyone. When people came to know at home, objections were also raised.
Now the three brothers have also started beekeeping along with pearl farming. They have received orders from many companies.
Similarly, Mohit graduated from BHU and worked in a company on a good package. Interacting with elder brother Rohit, he planned beekeeping. In October 2019, after getting a job design, he took training in beekeeping from Gandhi Darshan in Delhi itself. A few days later, he returned to the village to work with Shwetank. Now many companies take honey from them. They supply honey to many varieties.
Shwetank Pathak says that Agrikash is an institution formed by our family. We started with 4000 oysters. Today, more than 12 thousand oysters have been installed. Been searching for a long time on the internet for pearl farming. Older brother Rohit guides both the brothers as well as imparts skill training to other youth. More than 50 youth and farmers are associated with them. Oyster farming, installation, maintenance is the complete team for all.
Inside the whitetail oysters, designers create the desired shape from the bead. After 8-10 months designer pearl is extracted from the oyster.
PM Modi tweeted, then came into discussion
Shwetank tells that PM Modi tweeted the news of us in September. The three brothers became an example of self-reliant India. Those who used to taunt, are now joining us and doing business. We have also started goat rearing and mushrooms.
