Schools are closed after the lockdown. Many are studying online in schools. The Director of Education has finalized the proposal.

All the school children of Rajasthan will have to take the exam despite the discontinued studies during the Corona period. However, the government has prepared to reduce the syllabus by 50%. Not only this, the passing marks have also been reduced from 33% to 26%. State Director of Education Saurabh Swamy said this to NewsBust India. He informed that the Directorate of Secondary Education has finalized this proposal. All private and government schools in the state have been closed since March 15.

He informed that right now a workbook is being given to children from 1st to 8th schools in the state. In this work book, children will study at home and fill the work book and submit it to the school. The teachers will check it. After this, the examination will be done on the scheduled time of the children. However, it is not yet decided whether the workbook will be available only to government school children or to private schools.

Meeting to be held on 3 December

Saurabh Swamy said that e-classes were started in Rajasthan due to efforts to teach children at home. Videos prepared by teachers are being put on social media. Thousands of children are studying through this. When NewsBust India questioned Saurabh Swamy, he said that this time no student will pass the exam without it. He told that in the meeting to be held in Jaipur on December 3, we will put the proposal. It will then be implemented as a judgment.
