Khirodini Sahu is also among the children of Zindagi Foundation. His father works as a farm laborer, who lost his job during the epidemic. He kept me at his house and provided everything.”

Satyajit Sahu, his father sells vegetables on a bicycle, Satyajit has scored 619 marks in the examination. Another success story is of Subhendu Parida, who used to sell “Idli Vada” with his parents. He qualified the NEET exam by scoring 609 marks. Nivedita Panda, father of a betel nut shop, has scored 591 points.

Roshan Pike, who used to help his agricultural laborer father, is one of the successful students. Manjeet, whose family works for fishing, is another successful candidate. Smriti Ranjan Senapati, the daughter of a truck driver, has scored 536 marks in the NEET exam and 59044 AIR rank.

Ajay Bahadur Singh started the Zindagi Foundation in Bhubaneswar in the year 2017. Singh said, “I do all this without taking any donation from any person or any organization.” The person behind the success stories of these children had to leave medical studies and sell tea and sorbet due to financial constraints of their family. “I had to sell tea and syrup at the Shravani fair in Baba Baidyanath in Jharkhand to study,” says Ajay.

The Zindagi Foundation, through a state-wide screening test, provides free food, housing and tuition to poor poor students selected to help them become doctors. In 2018, 12 out of 14 students who cracked NEET got admission in government medical colleges in Odisha. Even Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik hosted him in view of his achievements.

Ajay Singh said, “I could not be a doctor, but when I see these children achieving their dreams, I feel that I have achieved my goal. I will never accept that No talented child is able to achieve his dream just because of financial constraints. I will keep the student with me. To make sure that no child forgets his dreams due to lack of resources. “

Anand Kumar, the founder of Super30, has come to the Life Foundation several times to inspire the students themselves. Film star Hrithik Roshan who played Anand Kumar in the biopic “Super 30” has also praised the Zindagi Foundation.
