The Bombay High Court on Monday reprimanded the police during a hearing in a rape case. Justice Bharti Dangre asked the police about the minor victim. He received an answer that the victim lives on the railway platform. With this, Jhalai Justice issued an order to find the girl immediately after reprimanding the police.
The case of rape is from June-2018. At that time a minor girl was raped by two men in a moving auto in Mumbai. An FIR was lodged by a passer-by in this case. In the same case, the bail plea of the accused was being heard in the High Court. The accused has been in jail for a long time.

judge: Where is the victim
police : He is still seen on platform number-1 of Andheri railway station.
judge : It is very surprising that you left the girl who was raped on the railway platform. We have laws here to ensure that no one is exploited. But it seems that the investigating officer is not aware of the law. The victim girl was not taken to a correctional home or rehabilitation home.
