If someone crosses its limits, then it cannot be accepted at all. The government will not back down from taking action on such matters.

Complaints have increased regarding OTT
Agurag Thakur said that there is still a process for this. At the first level, the producer has to take cognizance of the complaints and remove them. 90-92% of the complaints are resolved by the producers. After this, the complaints are resolved at the level of the association. Then when it comes to the government level, then the departmental committee also takes action. We work according to the rules.

Talking about the current situation, complaints have started increasing for some time, about which the Ministry is serious. If there is a need for any change in it, we will take a decision after considering it seriously.
