Veteran Indian IT company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has been included in the annual list of America’s ‘Best Large Employers’ by Forbes. This list has been made after surveying 45,000 employees working for US companies with more than 1000 employees.

TCS is one of the largest employer in the US in the IT industry. In the last three years, TCS has given jobs to more than 21,000 people. TCS employs more than 45,000 employees in the US.

Suresh Muthuswamy, chairman of TCS North America, said that TCS focused on creating an employee-friendly workplace. This encouraged innovation. TCS empowers people both personally and professionally.

Fortune also gave TCS a place in the list of good companies
Fortune magazine has also given TCS a place in the list of world’s best companies. At the same time, CareerBliss has also included TCS in the list of 50 Happiest Companies of 2023.
