In fact, on Holi, some chaotic elements are seen doing extravagant acts, seeing which one gets angry as well as surprised. Recently something similar was seen in Ghaziabad, where some anarchists are seen openly committing theft. Often, some people immersed in color and debauchery, getting drunk during Holi, are seen damaging public property while passing through the road, as can be seen in this video.

It can be seen in the video, how some youths riding on two bikes are seen breaking the heart mark at the selfie point of Ghazipur and taking it with them. Surprisingly, after this act of theirs, those bike riders are not feeling ashamed, but are laughing. This video is going viral on the social media platform Twitter, after seeing which angry users are demanding action against these people.
