Along with this, he requested that the matter be heard on Friday. To this, the petitioner said that we want to file a counter affidavit because a lot of irrelevant things have been mentioned in the affidavit. Accusations have been made against us. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, appearing for the Central Government, also said that a hearing could be held tomorrow. on this
Justice DY Chandrachud said that we will hear it tomorrow morning and will request the CJI to constitute the bench tomorrow so that we can end the hearing of the case tomorrow. With this, the hearing was deferred till tomorrow. The bench directed the registry to obtain an administrative order from the Chief Justice of India to set up a bench for hearing the case yesterday. The case will be heard at 12 noon.
