Major stocks in large cap where fund houses have invested include Hero MotoCorp worth Rs 3,578 crore, Info Edge worth Rs 6,091 crore, Larsen & Toubro Rs 2,723 crore, Alkem Lab worth Rs 2,827 crore. Fund houses have invested in all these even in April.

Shares worth Rs 1309 crore were bought in Adani Enterprises

Apart from these, shares worth Rs 1309 crore were purchased in Adani Enterprises and Rs 3,542 crore in JSW Steel. Shares worth Rs 1,018 crore were also bought in Punjab National Bank. However, during the same period, Britannia shares worth Rs 3,131 crore were sold in large caps. Apart from these, shares worth Rs 1,211 crore of Colgate, Rs 1,623 crore of Godrej, Rs 1,879 crore of InterGlobe, Rs 5,982 crore of Wipro were sold.

Apart from these, shares of Mahindra & Mahindra worth Rs 9,491 crore, Lupin Rs 6,669 crore, Grasim Rs 4,782 crore were sold.

Coforge Preferred Shares in Mid Cap

Talking about the mid-caps, fund houses bought shares of Coforge worth Rs 2,655 crore and Max Healthcare worth Rs 1,586 crore. Zee Entertainment has bought shares worth Rs 1,280 crore. Shares of Amar Raja Batteries have been bought for Rs 909 crore while that of Escort has been bought for Rs 810 crore. Shares of Tata Chemicals worth Rs 1,242 crore were sold in the mid-cap shares. Canara Bank shares worth Rs 789 crore were sold while IRCTC shares were sold worth Rs 2,198 crore.

ICICI Securities also sold shares worth Rs 818 crore

ICICI Securities also sold shares worth Rs 818 crore in the mid cap. Actually all these stocks had reached their top last month. This is the reason why fund houses sold them to make profits. Talking about small stocks, stocks like Magna Fincorp, Solara Active, Lux Industries, Avanti Foods have been the favorites of fund houses. While during the same period he sold shares of companies like Praj Industries, Happiest Minds, NLC India and Prince Pipes.

SBI Mutual Fund has bought Rs 348 crore in SRF

Talking about fund houses, the country’s largest fund house SBI Mutual Fund has bought Rs 348 crore in SRF. Apart from this, it has bought shares worth Rs 294 crore in Kalpataru Power, Rs 148 crore in LIC Housing and Rs 98 crore in Bank of Baroda. Its highest investment is in HDFC Bank, which is 24 thousand 638 crores, while Reliance Industries has an investment of 17,920 and ICICI Bank has an investment of 17 thousand 327 crores.

Similarly, there is an investment of Rs 16,491 crore in Infosys, Rs 12,255 crore in HDFC Ltd, Rs 8842 crore in TCS.

HDFC Mutual Fund has bought 431 crores in Bajaj Auto

HDFC Mutual Fund has bought 431 crores in Bajaj Auto, 868 crores in SBI Life, 690 crores in Max Healthcare. Its highest investment is Rs 10,432 crore in SBI, Rs 10,267 crore in ICICI Bank, Rs 7,297 crore in Infosys. ICICI Prudential has made a purchase of Rs 2,384 crore in SBI Life. Apart from this, 199 crores have been purchased in Zee Entertainment. Its highest investment is 12 thousand crores in ICICI Bank, 9,122 crores in Infosys, 9,098 in Airtel, Rs 7,679 crores in HDFC Bank.

Nippon Mutual Fund buys 263 crores in Vedanta

Nippon Mutual Fund has bought shares worth Rs 263 crore in Vedanta, Rs 249 crore in Lux Industries, Rs 202 crore in Punjab National Bank. Birla Mutual Fund has bought Rs 160 crore in Solara Active, Rs 122 crore in Vedanta, Rs 742 crore in SBI Life and Rs 235 crore in Federal Bank. Its highest investment has been Rs 6,265 crore in ICICI Bank, Rs 5,089 crore in Infosys, Rs 5,048 crore in HDFC Bank.
