At the same time, after the release, Upen targeted the Congress government. He said that I was unnecessarily sent to jail. But I’m not afraid. I will continue to fight for the rights of the unemployed. Even if I have to give my life for this.

Actually, Upen Yadav was arrested by the police on November 19 from the Sikar border in a fake document case. Since then he was kept in judicial custody. On the other hand, on Monday, after hearing in ADJ court serial number 6, Upen’s bail order was issued.

Upen’s lawyer, Advocate AK Jain told that in the case in which Upen has been arrested. It has nothing to do with him. In 2016, one such person lodged an FIR against Upen’s brother Mukesh Yadav. Against whom many cases are pending. In which Mukesh was arrested. But after some time he was also granted bail. He told that in the year 2020, challan was presented against Mukesh Yadav. In which the research against three was kept pending. Upen’s name was neither in the FIR. Nor was he made an accused in the investigation.

Please inform that Upen Yadav was about to take out an outrage rally in Sardarshahar Churu on November 20 regarding the 20-point demands of the unemployed. But before that, on the evening of 19 November, the police took him into custody. On the other hand, on the evening of November 20, the Shyam Nagar police station arrested Upen in the land fraud case. Police said that Upen, along with his brother Mukesh Yadav, had encroached land worth crores on the basis of fake documents in Jaipur.

Against whom the investigation was going on for the last 5 years. But Upen was not cooperating in the investigation. In such a situation, he was interrogated by taking him into custody from the Sikar border. In which Upen confessed to the crime. On the other hand, demanding the release of Upen, the unemployed had started agitation from road to social media.
