He said that the artisans here have given Moradabad and the state a new identity in the whole country with their skills. More than 25000 crore rupees brass business is done from Moradabad in domestic and global market. Local products are exported on a large scale from here. After the formation of the BJP government, the industries of Moradabad have got wings. When the SP government was in the state, there were barriers in all the industries including Smart City and Amrit Yojana. But the double engine government of BJP of five and a half years has opened all the way for development and industry.

While addressing the Prabuddha Jan Sammelan organized on Friday at Buddhi Vihar Maidan on Delhi Road in the city, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that development is taking place at a rapid pace in Moradabad. Today, 30 projects worth Rs 424 crore are being inaugurated and the foundation stone is being laid here. He said that the craftsmen and artisans of Moradabad are capable of leaving their mark on the world stage. Moradabad is being made a safe city. Our government is equipping the entire city with CCTV from the Integrated Command Control Center. At one crossroads, if Shohde comments with a daughter-in-law and daughter, then he will be caught at the next crossroads. The criminal and the person who commits the crime will end up at the next intersection or will be in the clutches of the police. An atmosphere of security has been created in the entire state including Moradabad.

The Chief Minister said that 37000 poor have got direct benefits under the Prime Minister and Chief Minister’s Housing Scheme in Moradabad. Under the Pradhan Mantri Swanidhi Yojana, loans have been given to nine lakh vendors in the state for interest-free employment.

CM Yogi said that the brass industry of Moradabad was on the verge of closure in the SP government. The pollution control board had banned it because of the coal furnaces. The SP government did not take any concrete steps regarding the brass business. Because of this the business was dying. After the formation of the BJP government, we have done the work of removing the coal furnaces. CNG and PNG have been delivered. Now furnaces are running from PNG. It has got freedom from pollution. Moradabad’s business has reached exports worth Rs 14 to 15 thousand crores due to CNG-powered furnaces. He said that soon the state will become the first economy of the country.

Yogi Adityanath said that the safe environment of Uttar Pradesh has to be made more positive by the enlightened ones. The schemes coming from the center and the state have to reach the municipal body without any barrier. There is a need to bring people of similar ideology in the municipal body also, so that the schemes of the central and state government can be implemented through the municipal panchayats. He said that the Global Investors Summit is being held in Lucknow in February. Industrialists from all over the world will join there, who will set up industrial units in the state. With this, the state’s economy will soon be one trillion dollars. Enlightened people are also responsible for a safe and positive environment. That’s why by playing your role in the civic elections, make the double engine government triple.
