Sachin Pilot said, standing crops of farmers have suffered huge damage in many districts

Jaipur:

Former Deputy Chief Minister of Rajasthan Sachin Pilot wrote a letter to Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on Thursday, urging him to provide compensation to the affected farmers by assessing the damage caused to mustard crops and other standing crops due to cold wave and frost. In his letter, referring to his visit to Hanumangarh district on January 17-18, Pilot said that during this he was informed by various delegations and farmers about the damage caused to the mustard crop due to cold wave and frost. He said that frost and cold wave is continuing in the state for the past few days, due to which the standing crops of the farmers have been badly damaged in many districts.

In the letter, Pilot urged the Chief Minister to get maximum compensation to the affected farmers after assessing the damages caused to mustard crops and other standing crops due to cold wave and frost. Significantly, Pilot had targeted the Ashok Gehlot government on Wednesday in the exam paper leak case. While addressing a Kisan Sammelan in Jhunjhunu, Pilot also slammed the government for political appointments of retired bureaucrats instead of party workers.

Pilot had said, “Now it is being said that no official, leader was involved in the paper leak episode… So the copy of the exam which is kept in the vault reached the children outside the locked vault.” Brother, this has become a witchcraft… how can this happen? This is not possible.” Along with this, the pilot said, “Someone or the other will be responsible … and I am glad that the investigation is going on, I welcome this investigation. I assure that our party, our leader Rahul Gandhi and others, we have always worked to help the youth. On political appointments of retired bureaucrats, he said that an officer retires in the evening and at midnight he is given a job. Is appointed to another political post.
