The Capella Singapore has appointed Ryan Jette as
Ryan has over 20 years of culinary and hospitality
experience, and worked most recently as Executive Chef at the
Fairmont Marina Resort and Fairmont Residences.
Originally from the USA, Ryan studied Culinary Arts at
Johnson & Wales University in Miami, Florida.
Since then, his unwavering dedication for
the industry has taken him on journey working in some of the world’s most sought-after
hotels and restaurants, including the Mandarin Oriental Hotel
Group, The Carneros Inn, California, The Sentosa Resort and Spa,
Singapore, Jumeirah and The French Laundry a three-star Michelin
restaurant in California.
