Film producer and writer Ronnie Screwvala has written a new book. ‘Skill it kill it’ is the name of his book. In a special conversation with NewsBust, he said, ‘We all try to increase the skills in life by taking degrees, diplomas, but it is seen that most of the people fall in the soft skills in the career. People understand that if we get a degree, it is our right that we will get a job, promotion or increment, but most of the soft skills that are there are not taught anything. That is why I have written this book. In this I have my experiences, I have my failures, I have my challenges.
Ronnie Screwvala said, ‘I have written my failures, my experience in this book. I did B.Com. There was not much education. My communication skills were very week, so I have written this book on all that. Soft skills are very important. The way we are taught or taught in universities, those methods are not paying attention to our soft skills.
There are also communication problems.

He further said, ‘How can we live our life in someone else’s way. This pressure is on the children. What’s the use if you don’t have soft skills? Just getting a degree doesn’t help. Multitasking is not a good thing. The comfort zone and stability are not right. That era is gone. I am not going into politics. Our politicians should have soft skills.
