- Prime Minister Narendra Modi Started 6 Crash Courses For Frontline Workers, One Lakh Will Get New Employment Opportunities

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday launched 6 crash course programs for Corona frontline workers. This crash course is being started in 26 states of the country, for which about 111 training centers have been set up. During this, PM Modi said that a target has been set to train about 1 lakh youth of the country to support the current force in the ongoing war against Corona. This course will be completed in 2-3 months, due to which these people will also be available for work immediately.
These 6 courses will get training
Home Care Support- Under this, candidates will be taught to assist in operating basic devices like oxygen concentrator, oxygen cylinder, nebulizer, ECG and pulse oximeter, toning and dumping of PPE, entering and maintaining records.
emergency care support Under this course, the candidates will be taught how to prepare an ambulance with all the consumables, devices and other inventory for emergency situations, assist the patient with positioning, ambulation and probing, etc.
sample collection support Under this, pre-procedural requirements for sample collection, swab and sample collection, rapid antigen testing, preparation for site visits by following visit etiquette, etc. will be taught.
Medical equipment support Through this, candidates will be taught to operate equipment like Ventilator BIPHP, CPAP, Oxygen Device (Concentrator and Cylinder), Digital Thermometer (IR), Flowmeter, Humidifier, Pulse Oximeter, Multipara Monitor, Nebulizer, BP Instrument, ECG Machine.
will get employment opportunity
After completion of this course, the candidate will get a chance to work in Primary Health Centers, Community Health Centers, Health Facilities and Hospitals under the arrangement of DSC/SSDM.

What is the purpose of the program
The objective of this program is to equip more than one lakh Corona Warriors across the country with skills and teach them something new. Under this, training will be given to the corona warriors in 6 tasks related to roles like Home Care Support, Basic Care Support, Advanced Care Support, Emergency Care Support, Sample Collection Support and Medical Equipment Support.

276 crores have been spent for this programme. This is a program under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana 3.0, which has been specially designed for frontline workers. The program will prepare skilled non-medical health workers to meet the current and future needs of the workforce in the health sector.
