According to the news agency, Manish Sisodia’s banners and posters were put up in Delhi’s government school, local people opposed it, after which they were removed.
Posters and banners of ‘I love Manish Sisodia’ were found pasted at the gate of a government school in Delhi’s Shastri Park area on Friday. The local people protested against this and lodged an FIR. After which the police have registered a case against the school principal and the coordinator of the school management committee.
According to reports, such posters have been put up in many schools in Delhi, which people have opposed.
AAP workers claim permission from MLA Abdul Rehman
According to the news agency, the local people told that the school principal Geeta Rani and coordinator Ghazala conducted this campaign through the children. He said that on March 3, around 8.30 am, some workers of the Aam Aadmi Party came to the government school in Shastri Park. He took out the desk from inside and climbed on the gate and started pasting the poster of ‘I love Manish Sisodia’. People objected to this and said that this is a temple of education, keep it away from politics.
It is also being claimed that AAP workers have put up posters in schools.
We also asked him whether he had permission. They said that they are people of MLA Abdul Rehman. After this a person approached the MLA and asked him if he had given permission, to which the MLA replied in the affirmative. We know that the MLA is lying because using a school for political gains is never allowed. However, the banner was removed after people protested.
AAP MLA said – children’s love for Sisodia
AAP MLA Atishi Marlena also posted some pictures on social media. In the pictures, some posters are seen in the hands of the children, in which it is written – We miss you Manish uncle. Along with this, Atishi wrote in the caption – No matter how many false allegations the BJP makes, but the love of the children of Delhi for Manish Sisodia, it cannot be shaken.
CBI arrested after 8 hours of questioning
In the Delhi Liquor Policy case, the CBI arrested Sisodia on February 26 after 8 hours of questioning. The CBI had told the Delhi court that Sisodia was not cooperating in the investigation. They are giving roundabout answers to every question, so their 5-day remand is needed. Sisodia’s lawyer opposed it. His argument was that sending a deputy CM on remand would send the wrong message.
