How to do

  • If there is no open or green space, place yoga mats on the terrace, balcony or large room.

  • First of all sit on a yoga mat.
  • Now take a deep breath and exhale while stressing your stomach.
  • Do this pranayama for about 3-5 minutes.

  • Sit on a yoga mat or a pedestal in a relaxed environment.
  • Now with the thumb of your left hand, close the left nostril, breathe through the right nostril.
