Human Resource Development Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank informed about the postponement of JEE Main, JEE Advanced and NEET via Twitter. In view of the current situation, the Ministry has postponed the examinations for the present. Now JEE Main examinations will be held from September 1 to September 6, while JEE Advanced will be held on September 27. At the same time, the medical entrance test NEET will be held on 13 September.

JEE and NEET students have been demanding to postpone the examinations since the CBSE examinations were postponed.
