Today we are going to tell you the recipe of two types of fruity bhel eaten during Navratri fasting, which are very easy to make. It is so delicious to eat, if you eat it once, you will feel like eating it again and again.

Spicy Fruity Sabudana Bhel-

  • sago half cup
  • boiled potatoes
  • chilli powder
  • two tablespoons peanuts
  • green coriander chopped
  • Ghee
  • rock salt
  • Lemon juice

Recipe to make Sabudana Bhel-

Sabudana Laddu Recipe: If you want to eat sweet during Navratri fast, then make healthy and tasty laddus from Sabudana.

  • To make the spicy bhel of sabudana, first wash the sabudana thoroughly with water and soak it overnight.
  • Now peel and cut the boiled potatoes.
  • In the next step, fry the peanuts till golden and add cashew nuts together.
  • Now heat ghee in a pan and add sabudana and fry it. When the sabudana becomes soft after cooking, take it out in a bowl.
  • Now add chopped or mashed boiled potatoes, finely chopped green coriander, lemon juice, peanuts, rock salt and red chili powder.
  • Toss everything well. In just a few minutes your fruity spicy sabudana bhel is ready.

Bhel of spicy Falahari Makhana-

  • Fox Nut
  • Lemon juice
  • Desi Ghee
  • chilli powder
  • finely chopped tomatoes
  • Groundnut
  • tamarind chutney
  • green coriander
  • finely chopped cucumber
  • halved apple
  • rock salt

Recipe-

  • To make spicy bhel of makhana, first heat ghee in a pan and fry the makhana. After that add rock salt to it.
  • Fry the peanuts together. When crispy, take it off the flame and keep it aside.
  • Now in the next step, put makhana and peanuts in a bowl, add chopped tomatoes, green chilies and mix well.
  • After this, mix tamarind chutney, green chutney, cucumber and apple in this mixture. If you want, you can also add fruits of your choice like pomegranate and grapes.
  • Now mix all these things well and your makhana ki chutney bhel is ready. It can be enjoyed in the morning or evening during snacks.
