Supreme Court asked states to declare results by July 31
On Thursday, the Supreme Court heard a petition seeking cancellation of class 12th examinations of state boards. During this, the court directed all the state education boards to declare the results of class 12th by July 31. Also, the court has asked them to prepare an internal assessment scheme in 10 days. Earlier, the court refused to pass an order regarding the creation of a uniform scheme of assessment for all state boards across India. The court said that the states and their boards are free and autonomous to make their own policy.

4 students arrested in Israeli embassy blast case
Delhi Police on Thursday arrested four students in connection with the blast outside the Israel Embassy on January 29. All these students are residents of Kargil in Kashmir and study in Delhi. According to Delhi Police sources, in this case, the Special Cell had lodged a separate FIR in connection with the conspiracy. In this case, the four students are being questioned. The investigation of the blast was earlier given to the Special Cell of Delhi Police, but later it was handed over to the National Investigation Agency (NIA).
