Jadeja could have got out if it was a throw
There is a rule in cricket that if you do not want to take runs, then you can leave your crease by asking the player of the opposing team or the umpire. But here Jadeja made a mistake and without saying anything came out of the crease and started talking to the fellow player. Had there been a throw and he would have stayed out of the crease, Jadeja might have been out.
