In view of the rise in Corona cases, the Madhya Pradesh government has implemented the night curfew in 5 districts. These districts are Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior, Ratlam and Vidisha. The curfew will remain in force from 10 am to 6 am. In Bhopal, the traders negotiated and decided to close the shops at 8 pm.

Bhopal: Emergency seen in markets

Due to weddings, the crowd gathered for shopping before 8 pm on Saturday. Objection was also seen in the markets over night curfew. The administration appealed to the people to apply masks and follow social distancing. Shopkeepers have been asked to rope outside shops and maintain social distancing. People have also been instructed not to roam without reason. Teams have been deployed to implement the night curfew.

Indore: Chappan shop closed at 9 pm

Till 9 o’clock in the city there was a stir in the markets. Police have deployed teams for the night curfew. The famous Chhappan shop closed at 9 pm. However, markets in the daytime appeared to be as common as in the normal days.

Gwalior: Market crowd due to weddings

By 8.30 pm, there was a huge crowd in the markets. Apart from shopping for weddings, people flocked to the markets due to rumors about ration-vegetables. Apart from the night curfew, the administration has also shown strictness regarding these rumors.

Ratlam: 200 people approved at weddings
Strict action will be taken against masks in the district. Teams will be patrolling overnight. When the wedding ceremony is on the closed campus, 100 people and 200 people will be able to gather in the open campus.

Vidisha: The markets were completely closed at 10 pm. However, even after this, people continued to come and go. Police is strict on those who roam unnecessarily at night.
