Reliance Jio users are facing problems in calling and receiving calls since Tuesday morning. Many users complained about this on Twitter. However, till now Reliance Jio has not issued any statement on this.

Stuck on sending SMS and some users are not even able to see 4G VoLTE sign on their device. Despite the call down, users claim that their internet is still working fine. The official Twitter handle of Jio Care is responding to users, but they are yet to acknowledge the outage.

Many Twitter users are also sharing memes on this outage.

More problems in metro cities
Many users also reported their problems in DownDetector, a platform that tracks outages of online services. So far, there have been over 600 reports of outages. The outage map on Down Detector shows that maximum reports are coming from metro cities. The affected cities are Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Nagpur.
