On the Yamuna Expressway, the Innova car was completely smashed in the accident. Rescuers and policemen had to work hard to get the body removed.
Lucknow. A diesel tanker rammed into the Innova car late Tuesday night at around 12.30 on the Yamuna Expressway near Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. In the accident, 7 people in the Innova car died on the spot. The accident was so terrible that the car completely shattered. 4 of those who died are said to belong to the same family.
The family of the victim was a resident of Jind district of Haryana. DM Navneet Chahal and SSP Gaurav Grover also reached the spot after getting information about the accident. Policemen along with expressway staff sent all the bodies for postmortem.
According to police, the accident occurred near Mile Stone 68 in Naujhil area. The fast speed tanker number HR 69-3433 was coming from Noida, which went uncontrolled on the road going from Agra to Noida and overturned on HR 33 D 0961 number Innova car.
The husband and wife and their two children are also among the dead
7 people killed in the accident are from Safidon village in Jind. 4 of these belong to the same family. Whose names are Manoj 45, Manoj’s wife Babita 40, his elder son Abhay 18, his younger son Hemant 16. Apart from this, Kallu 10, Himadri 14 and driver Rakesh are also among those who died.
