Sushilavati was reported missing on March 3, 2022 in Dayalpur and was murdered on the same day, March 3. On March 12, the Bulandshahr police found Sushilavati’s body. Efforts were made to identify the dead body. But due to lack of identity, FIR was registered as a case in 302/201 in Police Station Chaula Bulandshahr. Earlier, on December 16, Sushilavati’s missing FIR was lodged by her brother at Dayalpur police station in North East Delhi. After this, the court also issued 365 instructions to Dayalpur police on Sushilavati’s case.
