Online classes have been promoted due to coronavirus infection. At the same time, there are many such children in the country whose parents cannot provide phones and laptops due to poverty. In such a situation, the children of those economically weaker sections are facing a lot of problems due to lack of laptop and smartphone, due to which their studies are being stalled. In view of all these things, the Mumbai Municipal and Private Urdu Teachers Union has started a mobile phone library for such children in Mumbai. Which is absolutely free.
This library has been started in Imambara area of Mumbai for classes 1 to 10. Financially weak students, who could not buy mobile phones, are now attending online classes through the ‘Free Digital Online Mobile Education Library’. 22 students have joined to participate in the online class.
Shahina Saeed, center in-charge of the library, said, “Some students either do not have a mobile phone or have only one mobile phone in their family, so we thought of starting a free mobile library class.”

He said, keeping in mind coronavirus, standard operating procedure (SoP) is also being followed with social distancing.
