In the case of gang-rape of a young woman in Jaitpur in Shahdol district of Madhya Pradesh (Madhya Pradesh), the police (MP Police) have registered a case of gang-rape on four people, including the BJP president. All the four accused are absconding. Police is searching for them. According to the information received, on 18 February, Mandal president of BJP in Jaitpur town of Shahdol district, along with three of his colleagues, abducted a young woman from the house in a red car and took him to a nearby farmhouse where he was gangraped .
The girl was gang-raped continuously till 20 February and then escaped by throwing the girl in front of her house after feeding her a drug. The girl took the girl to a hospital in a state of unconsciousness, then on coming to her consciousness, the woman lodged a report against the four at the Jaitpur police station.

On the complaint of the girl, the police has registered a case under Jaitpur BJP Mandal President Vijay Tripathi and his associates Rajesh Shukla, Munna Singh, Monu Maharaj under Sections 376, 242, 34 IPC. The police is vigorously searching the four accused. The girl is a resident of Jaitpur. Police has brought the girl to District Hospital Shahdol for medical tax. Besides the BJP Mandal President, there is one other accused teacher.
