Bhopal. Before the Cabinet expansion, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan's statement – 'Whenever there is a churning nectar comes out and the poison is consumed by Shiva', many statements are being made. Earlier Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan has also tweeted. In his tweet, he said that 'You came as a sympathizer, and just as a path. Every moment, you have such a feeling that your memories are left with a wound in your heart. '
You came as a sympathizer,
Left only as a way forward.
You like this so much every moment,
That your memories were left in the wound.

In fact, the Delhi tour was bitter for Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan. In the fourth innings of the Chief Minister, Shivraj Singh Chauhan is going through the most difficult phase for the first time. This is the first time that the Central leadership has rejected the Cabinet list. Earlier in his three terms, Shivraj made whom he wanted as a minister. Each time the central leadership obeyed Shivraj. Senior party leaders have also objected to the inclusion of senior MLAs who were ministers for two or three consecutive terms in Shivraj's previous tenures.
According to information from sources, there are many screws in the cabinet expansion. The party leadership wants to give new faces to the Shivraj cabinet. Because 17 cabinet ministers lost the elections in the 2018 assembly elections. Given the past experience, the high command does not want to include Shivraj's old colleagues in the cabinet. He clearly says that new people should be given a chance in the party. But Shivraj Singh is adamant on inducting his 12 trusted confidants into the cabinet. The central leadership wants to drop 12 of them. It consists mostly of people who have been ministers 3 times. At the same time, there are many MLAs who have never got a chance in the cabinet. According to the formula suggested by the central leadership to Shivraj, BJP state in-charge Vinay Sahasrabuddhe is coming to Bhopal. If the agreement is still not agreed then by tonight the Chief Minister can visit Delhi once again.
So what screwed deputy CM
According to the information, Jyotiraditya Scindia wants a deputy CM and 11 ministers from his camp. If this happens, the BJP will also have to make a deputy CM from its camp. But the Chief Minister is not ready for this. Jyotiraditya Scindia wants Tulsi Silavat to be made the Deputy Chief Minister. He was angry with the Congress party about this. On the other hand, Narottam Mishra's stature is steadily growing in the Madhya Pradesh government. This is confirmed by the fact that when Shivraj went to Delhi to discuss the cabinet names, suddenly Narottam was called to Delhi. After this, all the equations changed in Delhi and on Tuesday morning Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan returned empty-handed from Delhi.
Monitoring of by-elections in 24 seats
The state government is yet to face a by-election in 24 seats. Of these, 16 seats belong to Gwalior Chambal division. In all these 16 seats, Scindia is constantly batting for former MLAs who rebel with Jyotiraditya Scindia. Scindia wants a ministerial berth for at least eight of these. Scindia currently has two ministers in the five-member cabinet. There is pressure to make six more ministers. In parallel, BJP candidates who lost 16 seats in 2018, the old leaders are putting all their efforts to get tickets in the by-elections. Scindia's supporters are in favor of winning this entire battle by making it Scindia vs Congress. Shivraj Singh wants Chauhan's camp, it should change both the wind and Surat. The old leaders of the BJP should also remain respected.
