In Mhow near Indore city of Madhya Pradesh, a deputy ranger has accused the BJP leader of illegal mining on Bargonda forest land, not only that, in his complaint he said that when JCB, tractor trolley was seized and kept in office Then State Government Minister Usha Thakur (Usha thakur) arrived with her workers and the watchman present there, scaring the staff and rescuing the JCB and tractor trolley. On the second day, Badgonda deputy ranger Ram Suresh Dubey gave a written complaint to the local Bargonda police station. But due to the name of the minister, the police did not register a case.

Significantly, Usha Thakur is an MLA from Mhow. The complaint states that the minister and more than three dozen of his supporters allegedly threatened staff in the forest office. Forest Minister Vijay Shah has ordered an inquiry into the complaint of Forest Department employee against State Government Minister Usha Thakur. The case will be investigated by a PCCF level officer.
