She became a disciple and started learning dance. She believes that Shankar gave a new direction to her life.

He then got a chance to learn dance from Madhavi Mudgal in Delhi on behalf of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations and the French Government in India. She later moved to Paris. There, she has been experimenting with dance for 12 years.

How this video was made: did not seek a particular location

Mahima says my husband Avishai is a digital artist. Before the lockdown, I never thought that dance could be a means to make people aware. But after the lockdown in France on March 16, while watching the dance I connected the positivity to the house and made this video.

This video based on different currencies was completed in three days. Mahima says that while living in her small apartment, I did not search any specific location or camera angle for this dance video and shot straight away. A few weeks later, its music was composed by Mumbai composer Vijay Tambe.

Mahima says that during the epidemic, we got positive from Odyssey. To avoid the effects of corona, there are more problems around us while at home. In such a situation, Odissi dance can be an easy way to overcome all your troubles.
