In questioning him, the police and intelligence officers have come to know that after the removal of Article 370 in Kashmir, Kiran was busy searching for land and gardens for special people there. Some of these influential people are businessmen, politicians and top officials.

At the same time, there are 5 ‘powerful’ characters from Gandhinagar to New Delhi, who were providing all kinds of help to Kiran. The investigating agencies are still refraining from revealing the names of the influential people.

Was assigned the task of scanning the lands and apple orchards
The entire blueprint of this operation was prepared in a special meeting in a big hotel in Gandhinagar in September last year. In the same meeting, the five powerful characters assigned the task to Kiran to go to different areas of Kashmir and scan the ‘Kaam’ lands and apple orchards. It was also decided that big ‘customers’ should also be searched for investment in the valley, so that more and more deals could be done simultaneously.

After the removal of Article 370, Kiran was engaged in finding land and gardens for special people there.

Kiran Patel’s wife Malini Patel also admitted during interrogation that Kiron was assigned the task of finding parties to buy apple orchards in South Kashmir. All these reports have been asked to be sent to the PMO within the next 15 days.

Sections 420, 406 and 120B have also been imposed in the case registered on August 22, 2018 at Byad police station in Aravalli.
