The second day of the fourth Test in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy between India and Australia was named after Usman Khawaja and Cameron Green. Khawaja was dismissed for 180 while Green scored 114 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. On his own, Australia scored 480 runs in the first innings. Ravichandran Ashwin took the maximum 6 wickets from India.

By the end of the second day’s play, India had scored 36 runs without loss. On the third day, captain Rohit Sharma 17 and Shubman Gill will lead their innings with a personal score of 18 runs.

In the first session of the second day, the bowlers did not get much help from the wicket, the result was dominated by the Australian batsmen.
