Internal tussle in the ruling BJP has intensified in Karnataka, many leaders have opposed the recent cabinet expansion.Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa (Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa) has accused him of obliging his camp only. CM Yeddyurappa, who is facing the ‘attack’ of the people of his own party, has challenged these leaders to take their complaint to the party leadership.

Speaking to reporters in Bengaluru, the Chief Minister said, ‘If BJP MLAs have any complaint, they can go to Delhi and meet our national leaders. They can give all information and their complaints to these leaders. I will not object to this, but I would like to say that by doing such things, they do not spoil the image of the party. He said that the central BJP leadership will take appropriate steps on their grievances.

Significantly, some BJP leaders have openly alleged that CMs are including those in their cabinet who were either blackmailing them or who were members of their faction. Basnagouda R Patil, a senior BJP leader from the state, said, ‘Yeddyurappa only considers or appoints those who either blackmailed him with a CD and gave him a huge amount. Two have been made ministers and one person has been made political secretary. Finally all three also used CDs to blackmail them. He said that loyalty, caste, seniority and region are not being considered. Yeddyurappa has completely ignored the loyal workers of the party like us and those who have blackmailed them, made CDs and planned to topple the government, are being honored as ministers.
