Under the Department of School Education and Literacy, Government of Jharkhand (Directorate of Secondary Education), Ranchi, recruitment of laboratory assistants has been done for various subjects. There will be a total of 690 (230 for each subject) Lab Assistant vacancies for Physics, Chemistry and Zoology. Candidates for these posts will be selected through Jharkhand Laboratory Assistant Competitive Examination (JLACE) 2023.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have a graduate degree in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks. The cut-off for reserved categories is 45 per cent.

edge limit

Candidates age should not exceed 35 years. Here the maximum age limit is to be counted from 1st August 2019.

application fee

Candidates have to pay the fee of Rs 100 through online mode. For SC and ST candidates of the state, this fee is Rs 50.
