Vashistha Narayan Singh did not agree with Giriraj Singh’s demands at a press conference held at the party office in Patna. The Janata Dal United has indicated that Giriraj Singh’s statements have outweighed that the party wants to stay away from the BJP on controversial issues in future.

However, this is not the first time that Janata Dal United has distanced itself from the statements of Union Minister Giriraj Singh. The party clearly believes that despite being a Union Minister, making controversial statements like Giriraj Singh, the NDA ultimately has to suffer losses in Bihar politics. Giriraj Singh has not been able to win any special NDA candidates in his constituency even in the assembly elections.
