Indigenous fighter aircraft Tejas to show strength at air show in Sri Lanka

Tejas, a domestic fighter aircraft made in the country, will show strength in the air show starting in Sri Lanka from Wednesday. Sri Lanka Air Force is going to organize this air show in Colombo from March 3 to March 5 to mark the completion of 70 years of Sri Lanka Air Force. In this show, in addition to the light combat aircraft Tejas, the Indian Air Force will also participate in the Surya Kiran aerobatic team showing amazing feats in the skies, as well as the team of Sarang, who is the only person in the sky to perform tricks through the world’s only helicopter.

However, this is not the first time that a domestic light fighter aircraft is participating in an air show outside the country. Earlier, Tejas has participated in airshows in Bahrain and Malaysia. In these air shows, everyone was amazed by Tejas’s sharpness.

By the way, recently, the Ministry of Defense has ordered 83 Tejas Aircrafts for the Air Force. With this, 143 Tejas will join the Air Force by joining Kiln. India has already made it clear that in future, when the need of the Indian Air Force will be fulfilled, then the Tejas aircraft can be sold to friendly countries.
