Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the date of Head Constable Ministerial Recruitment exam in Delhi Police. The computer-based exam for recruitment will start from October 10 and will continue till October 20. Applications were invited for this recruitment till 16 June 2022. There will be posting on 835 posts of Head Constable Ministerial in Delhi Police.
Category Wise Vacancy Details
Out of the total 835 posts, 559 vacancies are for male candidates and 276 for female candidates. Among men, 56 vacancies are reserved for ex-servicemen. Remaining 503 posts are open. There are 217 unreserved posts in the open posts. 50 are reserved for EWS, 123 for OBC, 59 for SC, 54 for ST. Among women, 119 posts are unreserved. 28 EWS, 67 OBC, 32 SC and 30 posts are reserved for ST.
Age Range
The age limit for these posts is 18 to 25 years. According to this, the candidates must have been born not earlier than 2nd January 1997 and not later than 1st January 2004. Here SC and ST will get relaxation of five years and OBC will get three years relaxation.
Qualification
For these posts, candidates must have passed 12th. Apart from this, typing speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi is necessary.
Selection Process
First of all there will be Online Written Exam (CBT). Successful candidates will have to appear in Physical Efficiency and Standard Test (PET and PMT). PET and PMT will be qualifying only. Successful candidates will be called for typing test on computer. This test will be on number 25. This will be followed by Computer Test (Formatting).
