GCET 2021: The application process for the Goa Common Entrance Test has been postponed.

New Delhi:

GCET 2021: Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Goa has postponed the application process for Goa Common Entrance Test (GCET). The application process was earlier scheduled to start from May 17, but now it has been deferred till further orders. GCET is conducted in Goa for admission to undergraduate engineering and pharmacy courses. Candidates who pass the entrance examination are also required to join GCET counseling for admission in institutions.

The notice issued on the DTE website stated, “The process of accepting the application forms of GCET 2021 is postponed from 17 May 2021. A new schedule will be notified along with the details on the website.”

When and how will the exam take place?
The GCET exam has been scheduled for 15 and 16 June. Candidates will have to appear for three different paper Physics, Chemistry and Maths (PCS). The Physics and Chemistry paper will be held on June 15, while the Maths paper will be held on June 16.

Physics paper will be held between 10 am and 12 pm, chemistry paper will be from 2 pm to 6 pm and maths paper will be from 10 am to 12 pm.
