Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IIT-Kanpur) is going to organize GATE Exam 2023 at different exam centers. Candidates who have registered for GATE 2023 will be able to appear in the exam. As per the GATE exam schedule, the exam will be conducted on February 4, 5, 11 and 12.
The admit card for the GATE exam was released on January 9 itself. The candidates who have not yet downloaded the admit card can visit the official website gate.iitk.ac.in You can download it by visiting.
Candidates read the guidelines once before the exam. This exam will be conducted in two shifts, in which morning shift exam will be conducted from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm. At the same time, in the second shift, the exam will start at 2.30 pm, which will run till 5.30 pm.
Candidates have to carry admit card, valid id proof and water bottle to the exam hall. Students will not be given entry in the exam hall without admit card and ID proof.
Know about the important guidelines here:
- Students are not allowed to bring electronic devices like digital watch, bluetooth device, laptop, mobile phone during the exam. If this happens, their exam can be cancelled.
- Pen, pencil box or pouch are not allowed in the exam hall.
- Students have to reach the exam center 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam.
- Students go to the exam hall with photo ID card and admit card.
- Students after entering the exam hall will not be allowed to go out till the end of the exam.
- No paper of any kind is allowed in the exam hall.
