Tech Mahindra New MD and CEO: IT company Tech Mahindra has announced on Saturday that Mohit Joshi, former President of Infosys, will take over as its Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Will handle He will replace CP Gurnani on this post. CP Gurnani, who has been one of the longest serving CEOs of the Indian IT sector, will retire on December 19 this year. After which now Mohit Joshi is going to take over this post by joining Tech Mahindra.

Earlier, Mohit Joshi had announced his resignation from Infosys. Infosys said in a regulatory filing that Joshi has resigned from the company. He will be on leave from March 11, 2023. June 9, 2023 will be his last working day at Infosys. He was the financial services, health care and software business head at Infosys. Joshi joined Infosys in the year 2000. At the same time, after being associated with Infosys for 22 consecutive years, he said goodbye to the company.
Tech Mahindra said in a statement, “CP Gurnani will retire on December 19, 2023 and will be succeeded by Mohit as MD and CEO.” He will join Tech Mahindra before this date, so that he gets enough time to adapt to this change.
CP Gurnani joined Tech Mahindra in 2004 and led the acquisition of Satyam Computers and its merger with Tech Mahindra. He is the MD & CEO of Tech Mahindra since June 2009.
